  • 2012-13 Presentation

Campbelltown Camden DCC

28th Annual Presentation

On Friday, 24th June 2013 the Ghosts Cricket Club celebrated the resurgence in club spirit and performance throughout the 2012-13 Season.

A capacity crowd enjoyed a wonderful evening of player recognition in the club sponsors Wests Leagues Campbelltown function room at the Camden Valley Country Club.

The evening’s Master of Ceremonies Kerry O’Keeffe kept everybody smiling as players and supporters were acknowledged, whilst Campbelltown Performing Arts High School student Jai Waetford entertained the crowd with his outstanding guitar skills.

The success of the evening led Ghosts long term sponsor and Life Member John McKell to comment, “The committee should be very pleased with the night. Everything… MC, Venue, Sponsors, Players and Guests, seemed to be spot on. It will be difficult to improve on this night next year.” Everybody in attendance felt the spirit of the Ghosts!

Highlights of the night included a special tribute to local ICC World Cup Champion Sarah Coyte. Sarah responded by thanking the Ghosts and supporters who had assisted on her on her pathway to the highest point of the game. Sarah is currently a member of the Australian Team who holds all World Championships in Test, One day International and T/20 cricket.
